Trade Assurance is a service provided by MayNice to help develop trust between you and us. Trade Assurance safeguards you in the case of transportation or quality-related complaints.

We exert our utmost efforts to satisfy you with the products you buy through tight quality control and elaborate packaging, but 100% satisfaction might always be impossible.

You're covered if:

  • Your products are not dispatched promptly in accordance with the contract with us.
  • Your products do not conform to the quality criteria set out in the contract with us.
  • MayNice guarantees a complimentary 30 days of after-sales service for all orders, covering returns, refunds, etc.

Our return and refund process is very simple. Here are some questions you may want to know:

How long do I have before I request a return?
We offer 30 days free after-sales service for all orders.
It begins from the date the order is signed for by the logistics company.

How can I request a refund?
You can contact our customer service to request a refund for you. 


Coverage of free after-sales service

Below are some practical examples of what are included in the free after-sales service:

Situation: Some products you ordered in MayNice have quality issues or were damaged during shipping?
Answers: In most cases, we will issue a full refund.

Situation: You did not receive your package?
Answers: In most cases, we will track the package for you in the first instance. If it is confirmed that the package is lost, we will provide you with a full refund.

Situation: Some products have insufficient quantity
Answers: In most cases, we will refund you the full amount of the missing product.


Cases in which free after-sales service is not available

Owing to the high cost of international logistics and customs duties, the following cases exclude refunds from free after-sales service:

  • Don't like the products received.
  • Picked the wrong size or color.
  • The customer submitted an inaccurate shipping address.
  • The receiver's phone is never answered and cannot be contacted through email, phone, social media, etc.
  • The customer does not cooperate with customs clearance, resulting in the package being destructed by customs.
  • The customer demanded that the package be left in the garage or outside the door, leading to the loss of the package.

Some products may be temporarily out of stock due to inventory or factory production lead times. Usually, we will refund you automatically and free of charge. If this is not acceptable to you, please contact us or make a note when ordering.

Return orders will not be taken for non-product quality reasons.
And return packages that require payment of shipping or customs duties will not be accepted.
